The UNDISCLOSED EFFECT of 396 Hz

396 Hz and its Effect
396 Hz is part of the rediscovered ancient Solfeggio scale. The frequency is known for supporting the release of negative energy and its positive effects on feelings of guilt. By cleansing the feeling of guilt (often representing major obstacle to realization), it enables your direct achievement of goals (Bonds-Garrett, 2013). 396 Hz is said to eliminate hidden blockages and subconscious negative beliefs (Paddon, 2012). Moreover, similar to 285 Hz, the frequency is used to bring back to balance, one of our seven energy centres, the Root Chakra.
Research about 396 Hz
A sound study by Pereira (2016) analysed the syllable frequencies of Buddhist meditative chants (Om, Mani, Padme and Hum). It was found that "Om", "Mani", "Padme" and "Hum" are made up of frequencies that are known to generate powerful vibrations when chanted. It was supposed that this might the reason why these chants exhibit therapeutic/ healing effects on the body and its functions. Interestingly, the research found that the syllable "NI" possesses a frequency which is very close to 396 Hz. Furthermore, it is claimed that 396 Hz helps treating small wounds in the physical body (like burns and damaged tissue) and balancing the Root Chakra.

Quote
“All biological systems operate in the same frequency range. The human brain's alpha waves function in this range and the electrical resonance of the earth is between 6 and 8 hertz. Thus, our entire biological system - the brain and the earth itself - work on the same frequencies.”
