Diving Into Frequencies

Let's start our journey with quotes of some highly influential people. We recommend to read them a few times to really digest them.

If you want to find the secrets of the universe, think in terms of energy, frequency and vibration. Nikola Tesla

Future medicine will be the medicine of frequencies.

 Albert Einstein

Everything is energy and that is all there is to it. Match the frequency of the reality you want and you cannot help but get that reality. It can be no other way. This is not philosophy, this is physics.

Where focus goes, energy flows! And if you don’t take the time to focus on what

matters, then you’re living a life of someone else’s design.

...or in other words:

All those quotes have something in common. Energy, Frequency and Vibration. However, what are frequencies? What are vibrations? What is energy?

Let's start from scratch. Everything in the universe, except of energy (including light which is a form of energy) itself, consists of matter and all matter has its own frequency and vibration. However, why is this the case? To answer this question, let's first look into atoms. What is an atom? How big are they? What are they made of? Straightforward introductions into atoms you can find below. This is the beginning of a mind blowing and life changing journey. Enjoy!

To summarize, every atom vibrates. Everything in the universe (except of energy) consists of atoms. Everything has its own vibration, its own frequency. A stone, a tree, water, your heart or every colour. This being said, let's have a closer look into frequencies. Following you will find a video giving you a short introduction into frequencies.

What is a frequency?

All right, you might have a slight clue about frequencies and vibrations now, but what is energy then?

Energy might not be composed of atoms, but atoms are composed of energy. Atoms take specific forms (e.g. a rock, water etc.) depending on their energy level and environmental parameters (temperature, pressure; which are energy too).

To illustrate it better, there are three forms of matter: solid, liquid and gas. Any solid matter (e.g. wood) is very compact. Its particles are very close together, so there is not much movement, therefore not much kinetic energy (energy in movement). On the contrary in gas state, molecules (group of atoms) are very loose, there is a lot of movement, therefore there is a lot of kinetic energy.

Below you can see a lake with steaming water (lake smoke):

The atoms of the water change their form due to their environmental parameters. In this case a lot of water evaporates from the warmer lake into the colder dry air above. It changes its form from liquid to gas. So it increases in kinetic energy due to the interaction of its own energy state and its external energy forces (environmental parameters).

However, not only matter is a form of energy, everything in existence is. All cognitive processes like feelings, attitudes, beliefs and thoughts are composed of energy. The more intensely a feeling (negative or positive) is connected to a thought, the more energy the thought carries. Such thoughts can be powerful tools when directed in a desired direction.

Dr. Masaru Emoto got known for his music, thought and word experiments on water and rice. Let's have a look what effects positive vs. negative thoughts or words and different kinds of music have on water and rice:

Many successful people in history seem to have known the secret power of focused thoughts and their attached feelings (Law of Attraction). To mention a few of them...

Our life is what our thoughts make it.

Marcus Aurelius

You create your own universe as you go along.

Winston Churchill

Imagination is everything. It is the preview of

life's coming attractions.
