AUDIO AFFIRMATIONS
The following Affirmations will support you in dissolving destructive thought and behavioural patterns and to reprogram your subconscious mind in a positive way. Listen to them while sleeping, driving or directly after waking up in the morning. The more often you are listening to them, the faster you will recognize a positive change in your life. Consistency is the key. According to Dr. Maltz's field studies it takes at least 21 days to establish a "new norm" (new habit; Maltz, 1960), to recognize significant differences in thinking, behaving and attracting.
